A Message From Tony
I would to thank those of you who purchased my CD, Gypsy; it is my hope that you are enjoying it. Taking three years to compile and produce, Gypsy is a combination of more than 25 years of guitar studies, recording talent and graphic artistry. Due to a printing error, overlooked by myself, two very important individuals were not included on the CD label, Rich Gilmour and Brendan Naperschat.
Rich, a master recording technician based in Fort Lee, NJ, engineered and produced all recording efforts, including editing, mastering and track recording. In addition to his talents as a recording tech, Rich is also an accomplished guitarist. Accompanying me on Hotel California, the 14th song, he laid down a beautiful track that complemented my guitar playing, creating a major highlight to the CD.
The talents and skills of graphic artist Brendan Naperschat draw many people to the CD. Taking my passion for the guitar and bringing it to life through combinations of vivid color and enticing shapes, Brendan’s artistry is constantly being complimented.
Both Brendan and Rich worked many hours over the course of many weeks. They did not complain nor did they receive any payment, all their efforts donated to make Gypsy a success. For this, and all their untiring support through the years, I thank them. And, as it should have been in the first place, their names will appear on the next batch of CDs.
To Rich, Brendan and all the fans who have supported my CD, I hope Gypsy is
something you can be proud of as without your help this CD would not have been
possible.
